Integrative Therapeutic Massage Session
This type of session may include a variety of modalities that are combined and melded for your specific 
needs. Each session will begin with an intake. The integrative approach pulls from Jordan’s understanding of Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy. Then the magic begins as the clinical understanding blends with the artistry of slow, connected intentional touch to allow for transformation to take place. Other modalities that may be integrated are, stretching and pulling as in Table Thai Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology of the feet (which helps the energy flow of the entire body), Healing Touch Energy Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy Techniques, Facial Massage, TMJ release (techniques used to release jaw tension), Myofascial Release, and the utilization of aromatherapy and crystals and stones if desired. This session is meant to bring a deep awareness to the body and allow space and time for unwinding and serene relaxation allowing for powerful release wherever the person may need, along with using one of the most important tools there is—breath.

25-minutes Pure Reflexology session $30 (25 extra minutes added to your time)
This is a great way to make sure your feet are well taken care of during the end or even start of the session. Reflexology is known to reduce pain, and psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep among other amazing benefits.
