Fusion

A healing, yet challenging yoga sequence of postures focusing on alignment, stability, strength, and focus.
Full Class Description
This hot class is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, nerve and joint in the body, while building strength, flexibility and balance. Perfect for beginners, the Hatha series remains challenging for the advanced student and there is always room for growth. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. All levels. Temperature heated to 105 degrees.

Vinyasa (Ladder Flow)

This 75-minute heated Vinyasa class emphasizes continuous movement and intelligently layered ladder sequencing. Poses build progressively, allowing you to develop strength, stamina, and fluidity while staying connected to breath and rhythm.

Slow Embodied Flow

In this heated vinyasa flow, we co-create a safe container for full body nervous system exploration. Created by Founder Marianne, Slow Embodied Flow’s over-arching theme of awareness, breath, spaciousness, and curiosity is woven, like a thread throughout class, allowing the body to express its innate intelligence.

Power Vinyasa

A powerful, dynamic, energetic form of yoga where you fluidly move from one pose to the next connecting with the breath. Connecting breathe to movement, not only in postures, but also in the transitions. This 60-minute heated class cultivates inner awareness and offers variations to support and accommodate individual needs and experience levels.

Power Vinyasa will sculpt, tone and condition both your body and mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength-building workout combined with breath work. All levels welcome!

YinYasa

In this all-levels class, we combine 30 minutes of a heat-inducing Vinyasa Flow and a 30-minute cooling Yin sequence.  The Vinyasa Flow segment combines a variation of sun salutations, chaturanga, standing and balancing postures. The Yin segment consists of longer holds and static postures that allow for full release into the joints, ligaments and fascia.

This class is suitable for beginner through advanced yoga students and will include a variety of options for each level.

Yin

This all-level, unheated class seeks to target the connective tissue of the body through long, slow holds of cooling poses that allow it to expand over time. Injuries occur when the ligaments, tendons, and fascia expand too quickly so instead, yin uses gravity paired with body weight to gradually expand the connective tissue. 
Full Class Description
This healing practice uses passive, postures held over for 3-6 minutes to bypass superficial muscles and nourish and strengthen deeper tissue. This practice of yoga is for anyone needing to unwind a tight body, mind or heart. This class is suitable for beginner through advanced yoga students.

Yin and Yoga Nidra

This 75-minute non-heated class blends long, supported Yin postures with the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Yin invites you to slow down, release tension, and gently open the body, while Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of conscious rest to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.

Bliss Strong

Join us in this high intensity and total body workout.  Incorporating free weights, bands, balls and sliders, (or no-weights) you will improve muscular strength, burn fat and improve your cardiovascular endurance.

Mat Pilates

A 60-minute heated Bliss Mat Pilates class focused on core strength, mobility, and mindful movement. Using slow, controlled exercises and intentional breath, you’ll build balanced strength, improve posture, and deepen body awareness.

Bliss Barré Strong

Bliss Barre Strong
Meet us at the Barré for this heated Barré class.  This full-body balanced class combines core, alignment, barre inspired movements and strength conditioning into a total body work-in.  You don’t need any dance experience—we promise you’re not going to be doing pirouettes. This intense class will have your muscles burning and your booty lifting.

Somatic Yin

Unwind and reconnect in this 60-minute warm somatic yin practice.

Experience gentle, nourishing shapes held with curiosity and care, inviting your body to soften and your nervous system to settle. This class blends yin postures with somatic awareness, creating space to listen inward, honor your unique sensations, and cultivate deep self-connection.
All levels and all bodies are welcome—whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Explore variations that support your individual needs, and leave feeling replenished, balanced, and more at home within yourself.

Bliss Bootcamp

Sequentially designed Cardio, weight training, HIIT series conditioning and plyometric movements.
Full Class Description
This high-octane, hybrid, 60-minute class firms, burns, balances, and stretches like nothing else. Bliss Bootcamp integrate cardio, weight training, HIIT series conditioning and plyometric movements designed in a specific sequence to sculpt and strengthen the body. Don’t forget the abdominal work and vinyasa flow! Unlike traditional boot camp classes, the yoga element provides flexibility work and guided meditation at the end.

Hot Tabata

Combining both heat and tabata exercises gives you a diverse training variety and fat-burning efficiency.
Full Class Description
Join us for this 60-minute heated class: 10 sets of four-minute intervals of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training, followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds per exercise! These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories. Tabata improves your aerobic and anaerobic threshold. Adding heat to your workouts helps your heart become efficient at pumping blood to the muscles as well. Combining both heat and tabata exercises gives you a diverse training variety and fat-burning efficiency. All levels are welcome to come sweat it out with us!

Breathwork & Yin

Unheated, combines breathing techniques and Yin (fascia release) to quiet the mind and foster awareness.

Yoga is more than just asana (physical poses) and stretching—Pranayama (breathwork) is vital for a well-rounded yoga practice. Come meet body, mind, and breath with curiosity and gentle encouragement through yin and pranayama. This 60-minute, unheated class combines Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Yin (fascia release) asana to quiet the mind, foster awareness, calm the nervous system, and release stress.  All-levels welcome.

Family & Kids Yoga

A playful class for children, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and entire families to explore yoga together.
Full Class Description
Family & Kids Yoga is a playful class for children, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and entire families and friends to explore the practice of yoga together, and strengthen their bonds while they support each other and have fun. In this 60-minute, unheated class, we will work on asana (postures), breathing, and meditation techniques; as well as flexibility, partner work, games and more. We’ll use yoga stories and history to cultivate a joyful family space together!

Dharma Wheel Yoga

Non-heated, the dharma yoga wheel is an effective and fun way to open the chest, shoulders, back, and hip flexors.

This 60-minute, non-heated dharma wheel yoga class, is valuable to help all levels of yogis- beginner to advanced, achieve back-bends, deeper stretches, and loosen tight muscles. The yoga wheel is an effective and fun way to open the chest, shoulders, back, and hip flexors. It also develops balance, strength, flexibility and invites a sense of play into your practice. Take your practice to the next level in this class. All levels welcome!

Bliss Functional Strong

This is our all-level foundations and technique Bliss Strong class. We utilize free weight, bands, balls, sliders and plyometric plus elements of a Power Vinyasa for body sculpting, cardio and resistance training!

You will build muscle, burn fat, improve flexibility, balance and healthy bone density in this fun, accessible class! Bliss Foundation Strong is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice. All levels welcome!

Yoga Nidra & Sound

A guided process of quieting your brain waves into profound states of consciousness and deep relaxation.
Full Class Description
Deep self-care for your physical, mental and emotional well being. You will be guided, using intention, body, breath, and awareness techniques thru an effortless process of quieting your brain waves into profound states of consciousness and deep relaxation.Using Mantra, Tuning Forks, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Guitar, Guided Meditation and Poetry, Joan creates a tapestry of sound, music, and spoken word dedicated to enhancing stress relief and deep relaxation. It is believed that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to three hours of sleep. Join us on this blissful journey of deep rest and restoration.

Hatha 26

This all-levels hot class is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, nerve and joint in the body, while building strength, flexibility and balance through the 26 postures.

Teen Rise at Bliss

Helping teens feel grounded in a fast world.

A monthly 75 minute warm movement and mindfulness class created just for teens.

Full Class Description
Designed for ages 11-18, this class offers a supportive space where teens can move their bodies, build confidence, manage stress, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves. Through guided movement, meditation, breath awareness, and simple nervous system tools, students will learn practical skills they can carry into school, sports, relationships, and daily life.

Teen Rise at Bliss is designed to help teens feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected — both internally and within a positive peer environment.

Led by Ella, whose calm, relatable, and encouraging teaching style creates a space where teens feel safe to show up exactly as they are.

No prior yoga experience is needed.
