Hatha

A healing, yet challenging yoga sequence of postures focusing on alignment, stability, strength, and focus.

Full Class Description

This hot class is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, nerve and joint in the body, while building strength, flexibility and balance. Perfect for beginners, the Hatha series remains challenging for the advanced student and there is always room for growth. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. All levels. Temperature heated to 105 degrees.

Slow Bliss Flow

In this 60-minute heated class, the intention is on alignment, nervous system regulation and body connection.

We co-create the movements for a blissful exploration of yoga postures connected through attention, alignment and curiosity. During this slower paced vinyasa flow, we focus on sensation and growing our flexibility, while offering a full body immersion to move at a deeper, unhurried pace, allowing your whole self to richly express itself and soak in all the benefits. Gentle Bliss Flow

In this all levels 60-minute unheated class, the focus is on alignment, meditation and breath.

We will take you on a blissful exploration of yoga postures connecting them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. During this stress-relieving class, we will build flexibility, while immersing yourself in a class that moves at a deeper, slower pace, allowing your body to soak in all the benefits. Power Vinyasa

A powerful, dynamic, energetic form of yoga where you fluidly move from one pose to the next connecting with the breath.

Full Class Description

Connecting breathe to movement, not only in postures, but also in the transitions. This 60-minute heated class cultivates inner awareness and offers variations to support and accommodate individual needs and experience levels. Power Vinyasa will sculpt, tone and condition both your body and mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength-building workout combined with breath work. All levels welcome!

YinYasa

Half of a heat-inducing Vinyasa Flow to build strength- followed by cooling Yin sequence to improve flexibility.

Full Class Description

One of our personal favorites! In this 60-minute warm class you get both “dinner and dessert,” as you experience the benefits of a balanced practice of yin and yang styles of yoga. The class combines 30 minutes of a heat-inducing Vinyasa Flow to build strength- followed by a 30-minute cooling Yin sequence to improve flexibility. The Vinyasa Flow segment combines a variation of sun salutations, chaturanga, standing and balancing postures. The Yin segment consists of longer holds and static stretching postures that allow for full release into the muscles. This class is suitable for beginner through advanced yoga students and will include a variety of options for each level. welcome!

Yin

This healing practice uses passive, postures held over a period of time (3-6 minutes) and is all levels.

Full Class Description

This all-level, unheated, 60-minute class, is accessible as an entry-level practice and is also highly useful to an active yoga practice. Yin yoga applies healthy stress to joints and connective tissue through postures that focus on the joint and connective tissue in the low back, pelvis, and hips. This healing practice uses passive, postures held over a period of time 3-6 minutes to bypass superficial muscles and nourish and strengthen deeper tissue. This practice of yoga is for anyone needing to unwind a tight body, mind or heart. This class is suitable for beginner through advanced yoga students. All levels welcome!

Yin & Meditation

Combining chakra-awakening and fascia-releasing Yin, interspersed with gentle and contemplative meditations.

Full Class Description
As traditional Chinese medicine practitioners use the meridians in the body to create space to heal and release physical tension, yogi energy workers guide you to tap into the bioenergetic disks along the spine to heal and release energetic blocks or tension (chakras). Yin opens up these energy centers, while meditation and aromatherapy align and heal. In this non-heated, 60-minute class we will combine chakra-awakening and fascia-releasing Yin, interspersed with gentle and contemplative meditations. Live with vulnerable courage. Find joy. Let go. All levels are encouraged to come experience this chakra yoga journey!

Sculpt

Incorporating lightweight hand weights, you will strengthen while sculpting and shaping every major muscle group.

Incorporating lightweight hand weights, (or optional no-weights) you will strengthen while sculpting and shaping every major muscle group! Sculpt incorporates elements of a Power Vinyasa class with emphasis on body sculpting, cardio and resistance training! In this all levels class, you will build muscle, burn fat, improve flexibility, balance and healthy bone density! Sculpt Yoga is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice. All levels welcome!

Hot Pilates Flow

This 60-minute heated class fuses together Pilates and Vinyasa flow for a core-tastic workout.

Using controlled movements designed to build flexibility, Pilates Flow develops a strong, solid core, and helps improves coordination and balance throughout your entire yoga practice! Adding a fusion of familiar yoga postures, Pilates Flow focuses is doing each exercise with precise and purposeful movement, while inviting tone and flow for a strong body and calm mind. Ample variations make this class accessible to all levels!

Hot Barré

All-levels heated Barré class that combines elements of yoga, pilates, functional fitness and ballet.

Full Class Description
Meet us at the Barré for this 60-minute, all-levels heated Barré class that combines elements of yoga, pilates, functional fitness and ballet in to a total body workout.  You don’t need any dance experience—we promise you’re not going to be doing pirouettes. This intense, but easy-to-follow heated class will have your muscles burning and your booty lifted. All levels are welcome!

Hot Barré Bootcamp

Barré classes plus bootcamp-style conditioning, HIIT cardio interval and plenty of core.

Bliss Bootcamp

Sequentially designed Cardio, weight training, HIIT series conditioning and plyometric movements.

Full Class Description
This high-octane, hybrid, 60-minute class firms, burns, balances, and stretches like nothing else. Bliss Bootcamp integrate cardio, weight training, HIIT series conditioning and plyometric movements designed in a specific sequence to sculpt and strengthen the body. Don’t forget the abdominal work and vinyasa flow! Unlike traditional boot camp classes, the yoga element provides flexibility work and guided meditation at the end.

Hot Tabata

Combining both heat and tabata exercises gives you a diverse training variety and fat-burning efficiency.

Full Class Description
Join us for this 60-minute heated class: 10 sets of four-minute intervals of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training, followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds per exercise! These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories. Tabata improves your aerobic and anaerobic threshold. Adding heat to your workouts helps your heart become efficient at pumping blood to the muscles as well. Combining both heat and tabata exercises gives you a diverse training variety and fat-burning efficiency. All levels are welcome to come sweat it out with us!

Breathwork & Yin

Unheated, combines breathing techniques and Yin (fascia release) to quiet the mind and foster awareness.

Yoga is more than just asana (physical poses) and stretching—Pranayama (breathwork) is vital for a well-rounded yoga practice. Come meet body, mind, and breath with curiosity and gentle encouragement through yin and pranayama. This 60-minute, unheated class combines Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Yin (fascia release) asana to quiet the mind, foster awareness, calm the nervous system, and release stress.  All-levels welcome.

Family & Kids Yoga

A playful class for children, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and entire families to explore yoga together.

Full Class Description

Family & Kids Yoga is a playful class for children, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and entire families and friends to explore the practice of yoga together, and strengthen their bonds while they support each other and have fun. In this 60-minute, unheated class, we will work on asana (postures), breathing, and meditation techniques; as well as flexibility, partner work, games and more. We’ll use yoga stories and history to cultivate a joyful family space together!

Dharma Wheel Yoga

Non-heated, the dharma yoga wheel is an effective and fun way to open the chest, shoulders, back, and hip flexors.

Bliss Gentle Basics

Re-balance and restore with this gentle but steady 60-minute unheated practice to reset your mind and body.

Full Class Description
This class is designed for all levels and geared towards beginners or those wanting a gentler class or recovering from an injury. Set at a slower pace that focuses on breaking down sun salutations, alignments, stability and fundamental poses. Props are used to aid in alignment and help ease into postures. Students of all levels welcome!

Yoga Nidra & Sound

A guided process of quieting your brain waves into profound states of consciousness and deep relaxation.

Full Class Description
Deep self-care for your physical, mental and emotional well being. You will be guided, using intention, body, breath, and awareness techniques thru an effortless process of quieting your brain waves into profound states of consciousness and deep relaxation.Using Mantra, Tuning Forks, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Guitar, Guided Meditation and Poetry, Joan creates a tapestry of sound, music, and spoken word dedicated to enhancing stress relief and deep relaxation. It is believed that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to three hours of sleep. Join us on this blissful journey of deep rest and restoration.
