Individual & Group Yoga, Reiki & Intuitive Energy

Bliss Yoga Studios now proudly offers private, individualized and semi-private training options to meet your needs—whether you are creating a solid base for a new yoga practice, refining and growing your current sequences and routines, or developing new skills and abilities that will bring you closer towards your individual goals.

Integrative Therapeutic Massage

This type of session may include a variety of modalities that are combined and melded for your specific Jordan Hawk Massageneeds. Each session will begin with an intake. The integrative approach pulls from Jordan’s understanding of Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy.

Build Your Foundation.
