Core Strong
Full Class Description
Build deep strength, core stability, and body awareness in this energizing mat-inspired 60-min Pilates class. Core Strong is designed to activate and strengthen your powerhouse — the muscles that support your spine, posture, and every movement you make.
With a focus on controlled movement, breath, and alignment, you’ll move through a series of precise, low-impact exercises that build strength from your center out. Expect to feel stronger, more connected, and supported — both on and off the mat.
This class is also an invitation to shift your relationship with your body. Through intentional movement and affirming words, we’ll cultivate self-respect, appreciation, and a deeper sense of embodiment. Each class will include a mantra or affirmation to help you honor the body you have — and the strength it holds.
All levels welcome. Modifications and progressions are offered to meet you where you are.

Power Vinyasa

YinYasa
In this all-levels class, we combine 30 minutes of a heat-inducing Vinyasa Flow and a 30-minute cooling Yin sequence. The Vinyasa Flow segment combines a variation of sun salutations, chaturanga, standing and balancing postures. The Yin segment consists of longer holds and static postures that allow for full release into the joints, ligaments and fascia.

This heated class fuses together Pilates and Vinyasa flow for a core-tastic workout. Using controlled movements designed to build flexibility, Bliss signature Pilates Flow develops a strong, solid core, and helps improves coordination and balance throughout your entire yoga practice!

Meet us at the Barré for this heated Barré class. This full-body balanced class combines core, alignment, barre inspired movements and strength conditioning into a total body work-in. You don’t need any dance experience—we promise you’re not going to be doing pirouettes. This intense class will have your muscles burning and your booty lifting.
